The MACH Technologies DS-100100 features two 100-liter stainless steel reactors (80-liter max fill each), delivering a total system capacity of 200 liters for large-scale decarboxylation operations. Each reactor operates independently with its own variable-speed mixing unit, precision temperature control, and full vacuum support—enabling operators to run staggered or parallel batches with maximum efficiency.

Engineered to eliminate traditional decarb bottlenecks, the DS-100100 allows one vessel to be filled while the other completes a decarboxylation cycle, ensuring continuous production flow.
