Trichome Separation System
The MACH TSS-300 is a fully automated, solventless trichome separation system engineered for high-performance ice water extraction. Designed with versatility in mind, this turnkey system includes a 65-gallon (300-liter) stainless steel wash vessel and is capable of processing up to 7.5 kg of dry material or 25 kg of fresh frozen biomass per batch. The TSS-300 can be configured with reverse osmosis filtration, integrated water chilling, and MACH’s proprietary pumpless trichome transfer system—eliminating traditional bottlenecks in hash processing.

The MACH TSS-300 is a fully automated, solventless trichome separation system engineered for high-performance ice water extraction. Automation is driven by a recipe-based control system that enables up to 10 wash cycles per process. Each batch benefits from automated top-offs, programmable agitation, built-in stainless mesh basket separation, and an optional moveable hash spread station for post-wash handling. This complete, frame-mounted solution is designed to deliver consistent, high-quality bubble hash at scale, without the need for solvents or manual transfer.
